Personal Philosophy

The building blocks of any successful school, or business alike, is a positive culture.  When positive culture is established, then hard work and discipline are easily achieved.  Success is a byproduct of both.  We will maintain a balance of work and family values within our program.  This holds true for the expectations of myself, my staff and my players.  I will work diligently to balance the needs of all stakeholders.
